How you'll make an impact:
As the Client Relationship Manager you will utilize your strong business finance and relationship experience to build and maintain highest level of customer intimacy. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and provide finance solutions and a range of cash flow options to give our clients every chance of success.
What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with clients to effectively anticipate their needs and provide appropriate solutions that will give them the best chance of success
- Be responsible for a portfolio of clients and assist in the credit approval process, management of day to day transactions, track outstanding deals and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction
- Recommend, negotiate and document client facility changes.
- Minimize or eliminate losses by monitoring risk and detecting and rectifying potential breaches of policy
What you’ll bring with you:
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally with a strong understanding of working capital solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
- Understanding of risk control procedures in a Business Finance environment preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously & as part of a team
- Collaboration skills with ability to build excellent working relationships across customer base and the organization
- Results driven mindset, with ability to take on personal challenge of driving and delivering business results and outcomes
