About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our programs – everything from helping to generate leads, building lasting relationships, managing the invoicing, and producing eye-catching right through to measuring the success of programs, project management and maintaining really positive relationships and program follow up. You’ll work closely with Celeste and our Digital Content Producer as well our external partners. Your job, in a nutshell, is to create an exceptional experience for our clients, who are predominantly Senior Leaders in large corporates. Building relationships with them in a professional, responsive, and personal (read: human) style is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and submission of business proposals and managing all client communications;
- Coordinating and managing client programs from start to finish.
- Scheduling national and international coaching, Leadership and Culture programs
- Preparing program resources and content including slide packs, worksheets and anything else required - Designing high quality, client facing PowerPoints
- Assisting with facilitation on Zoom for online client session delivery; break out rooms, file uploads, chat etc
- Maintaining client and potential client information / Client Database management
- Responding to client enquiries, via email or phone
- Arranging client and referral gifts, we love to surprise & delight!
- Complex calendar management (including Calendly)
- Managing travel itineraries (booking flights, transfers, and accommodation, or coordinating these with clients).
- Ordering stationery, books, and workshop manuals.
- Qualifying potential leads and AD-hoc project work
About You
You are:

You have:
- Experience in a similar role and advanced MS Office skills (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- High energy and a super positive attitude
- Strong time management and organisational skills

- A sense of adventure and a desire to build something brilliant together
- Experience in a similar role or environment
- Operations background would be advantageous
