  • knowledge and understanding of financial markets and investment management, or the willingness and capability to develop that understanding
  • strong stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing skills
  • strong leadership skills and the ability to build credibility across the organisation
  • ability to work collaboratively to achieve corporate goals
  • budget management
  • high levels of analysis, decision-making and problem-solving skills in a complex environment
  • ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with committees, management, key stakeholders, clients and other external parties
  • strong individual leadership skills with the drive to mentor other team members, and to manage a small team
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
  • knowledge of NSW government financial management policy and public sector finance

TCorp would like to hear from tertiary qualified functional business leaders with experience in developing and maintaining high level stakeholder relationships, networks and partnerships, delivering strategy, policy, programs or other significant (government) initiatives. Experience working in a government environment is desirable.

At TCorp we actively collaborate with our stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and the state of NSW. We aim to build an inclusive culture so we can benefit from each employee’s unique perspective and contribution.
