Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. The Business Relationship Manager will work closely with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving financial targets, property goals and KPI’s for the agreed territory
- Follow the monthly and quarterly sales plan to meet and exceed targets
- Manage and grow all current customer accounts
- Grow the customer portfolio with focus on new business
- Manage all customer account reviews and customer escalations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Relationship Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
