HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join our client site in Brisbane CBD. Our client is a leading Australian Education provider, assisting students of 50,000+. This role is an immediate start until October 2024, back filling a staff member on leave.

- Provide supervision and leadership to a team of business service professionals across both campuses including providing career development and guidance.
- Actively identify opportunities and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sustainable, tiered business services in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational planning for Student Services, in conjunction with the leadership team, to ensure that student and business functions are effectively supported through the innovative use of digital technologies and contemporary business processes and procedures.
- Prepare and present a range of high-level reports and submissions across all aspects of Student Services including external reporting requirements and internal committee submissions.
- Coordinate confidential records and information management practices across Student Services, developing standards and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Coordinate internal communications across the Student Services team to further streamline and enhance efficiencies and contribute to a highly collaborative, future, focused team culture.
- Coordinate and evaluate student and staff events and stakeholder engagement ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach that is aligned to the university strategic direction.
- Coordinate student and staff communications and marketing on behalf of Student Services ensuring content is accurate, timely and in the most appropriate and accessible medium.
- Compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, hazard reporting and safe work practices.
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with at least four (4) years' relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to supervise a high-performing client-focused team providing frontline enquiry management services through a variety of channels.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and coordination of projects and programs to support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
- Highly developed communication skills including the ability to prepare a range of reports, submissions and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative productive working relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, utilising influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven digital literacy using a range of applications and databases to gather, analyse and interpret data to provide recommendations and advice.
