As a key member of this integrated group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored financial strategies, reporting, and governance solutions to a diverse range of clients. From preparing financial statements to managing your own client portfolio, this role offers a blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to make a tangible impact.Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse range of entities, including individuals, partnerships, companies, trusts, and SMSFs
- Handling FBT returns with precision and attention to detail.
- Expertly managing the preparation of BAS to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Leading and developing a cohesive team of accounting professionals through effective mentorship and training.
- Overseeing a designated client portfolio to deliver tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
- Fortnightly/ Monthly stays to meet onsite client needs as required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 6- 7+ years' experience in public practice accounting- Business Services/ Advisory team
- MUST BE CA or CPA qualification
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills and client-centric approach
- Strong delegation skills and a knack for collaboration
