A growing forward thinking boutique accounting firm in North Parramatta is looking for a Business Services Supervisor/Manager or Senior Manager to join their young culture. The role would involve managing a portfolio of clients and small team. This is not a typical or traditional firm and there is a real focus on work life balance. The partner is also looking to find someone who might be interested in partnership or equity within the firm in the future. They are flexible in terms of working hours until 10am and offer 1 day WFH. This ideally would be a full time position, but they are open to part time for the right candidate.
About the Role
- Run your own client portfolio (varies in size depending on what you are looking for)
- Manage a broad spectrum of clients
- Client contact and opportunity to make a difference to clients
- Support junior members of staff offshore
- Compliance focus mostly to begin with
- CPA/CA Qualified or part qualified
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 5 years local experience in a chartered accounting firm
- Good communication skills
- Live local to North Parramatta
