The Job…..
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing an offshore team of six who are focused on delivery bookkeeping for a range of clients.
- Distribution of workflow and working with the offshore Team Leader to provide guidance and support to the offshore tax division.
- Responding to queries sent from the offshore team and providing them with clarification.
- Liaising with clients regarding bookkeeping queries and advice.
- Manage client relationships and be the face of the company.
- Identify growth areas and work to expand the client base which is currently professional services, HNW individuals, hospitality groups and family trusts.
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience working within a Business Services Advisory environment.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Be technically savvy with a strong bookkeeping and accounting background.
- Experience of leading and guiding an overseas team is a benefit but not essential.
