Business Services Manager - Equity Available

THE FIRM

Leading southside practice with a strong history of providing excellent service across accounting and financial planning. The firm is looking to hire a Business Services Manager who will model supportive behaviours and embody values within the team.  Reporting directly to one of the Partners, you will be mentored to take over part of the fee base with a view to partnership in the short-to-medium term if desired.
  
  
THE ROLE

The firm requires a talented Business Services Manager to lead a dynamic team and provide exceptional services to a portfolio of business clients from all industries.Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Managing client relationships in collaboration with the Partner.
• Delivering exceptional client-focused accounting services, including compliance and advisory work.
• Conducting thorough research on technical issues and apply findings to client circumstances.
• Coordinate and support the accounting team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensuring clients are informed of a relevant project status and also proactively address any issues, building long-term relationships.
• Effectively manage and develop your team and their workflow through effective delegation of tasks, technical induction of new team members, and consistent supervision and mentoring.

YOUR SKILLS

• CA/CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality accounting services, including financial statements, tax return preparation and review.
• In-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Assessment Act, FBT legislation, GST, and other relevant legislation.
• Expertise in identifying and advising on taxation issues affecting SME’s.
• A desire to secure a long-term career with upwards professional growth
