• Ideally seeking a long term, locally based manager with a hunger for success 
• Prestigious Southside Accounting Firm 

The Firm   

• This accounting firm is a large, prestigious accounting firm on the Southside of Brisbane that pride themselves on producing high quality work across the board while fostering a culture with true professionalism and family values.  
• They pay their much valued staff very well and don’t expect you to burn the midnight oil. Their working environment could best be described as relaxed and peaceful.  
• They also have an active social club that holds fun events and activities throughout the year, giving all staff the opportunity to have some fun and get to know each other away from everyday work.

  
The Role;  

• Manager  - working alongside one of the directors 
• Managing a significant number of clients ( call to ask fee base size) 
• Working collaboratively with a team of high quality accountants
• Advisory Services 
• Supporting lower level staff & reviewing work 
• Working closely with the directors managing workflow
• Utilising programs such as: MYOB Accountants Enterprise, System Release, MYOB, Xero, Quickbooks, Excel, Word and Outlook

  
The ideal candidate will;  

• Have 2 + years experience at manager level with a passion for progressing long term to partnership in 2 - 5 years 
• Be a  highly accomplished CA/CPA accountant with a strong public practice accounting background
• Have excellent communication skills and soft skills
• Have the ability to maximize team performance
• Be proud of being an integral contributor
• Be passionate about helping Australian Businesses
