The Opportunity
They are currently seeking a Business Services Manager to join their team in their Sydney office to assist the Senior Manager and Partner to successfully deliver financial outcomes in an accurate and timely manner through the provision of competent financial analysis.
The successful person will work closely and directly with all levels of staff within the team to provide quality professional services to their wide range of clients. You will also be required to assist with the training and development of junior staff.
Your role will include:

• Developing junior staff members within the team
• Ability to draft complex letters of advice, reports and other client documents, ability to undertake analysis and support conclusions
• Working in a team environment and delivering value to clients
• Communicate confidently with an ability to explain tax concepts and draft tax advice
• Develop internal relationships with business stakeholders and external relationships with advisers/ clients you will be required to work with
• Assist with tax audits, reviews and investigations by revenue authorities

About You

• A relevant degree
• CA/CPA qualified
• Minimum 1 year experience as a manager
• 5 + years taxation consulting experience
• Proven experience managing staff
• Experience working on large complex clients
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional work ethic
