Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Business Services Officer, you will be based in Kununurra, and responsible for performing a range of financial, commercial, and administrative functions within the region.This is a permanent part time opportunity (0.5FTE).Your role will include:
- Undertaking a variety of financial management tasks including Accounts Payable, creating purchase order, processing invoices, preparation of journal entries, monthly accruals, processing labour and vehicle appropriations, and generation of non-energy invoices as required.
- Sourcing suitable rental properties and administer property leases with owners, agents, and staff tenants.
- Managing the property and fleet portfolio including scheduling maintenance in conjunction with our main suppliers.
- Supporting Property and Business Services Manager with tasks including transaction analysis, asset disposals, and creation of Projects and Work Orders in Ellipse.
- Maintaining equipment register in Ellipse, including creating and closing work orders.
- WA driver's licence “C” or “C-A” class WACE.
- Formal qualification in business administration and/or financial administration (or studying towards one) is desirable.
- MS Office systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Email (Outlook).
- Experience in Accounting software packages such Ellipse and BI tools.
- Minimum of 10 years on the job experience in a Commercial. or Finance environment.
- Working on impressive renewable energy projects across WA.
