About the role
We currently have a permanent opportunity within the Procurement and Property Group for a Business & Fleet Officer to assist and facilitate the fleet asset procurement, claims management, reconciliation, settlement, financial management and reporting functions for Fleet Services operational business activities.
You’ll be based in Leederville. It’s a lively suburb, 5 minutes from Perth’s CBD. What the role will involve
Key skills and experience
You’ll have previous experience and knowledge in procurement planning, sourcing, supplier claims, payment, and settlement of fleet assets along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Being appropriately qualified and experienced in a similar role will be necessary, where you can demonstrate a high standard of conceptual and analytical skills.
On top of this, you’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills and considerable knowledge in the use of computer based Financial, Procurement and Fleet Management/Asset systems.
