Are you an experienced Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager and looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our well regarded client, a dynamic and growing 5 Partner firm on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Responsibilities:
As a Business Services Senior or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in a wide range of accounting and taxation services for our client's business clients. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Assist with preparing high-quality tax advice and business consulting services
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Supporting senior staff in client meetings and engagement management
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and industry trends

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• CA / CPA qualified
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a public accounting firm
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service
