**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu and standards
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a chef in a Busy A La Carte setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
