Clients are SMEs and HNWIs who look for both compliance and advisory services. The practice completes an approximate split of 50% compliance and 50% advisory work. They don’t take off-the street work but pre-qualified clientele.
Within the portfolio that you will be managing there are client fees up to $60K and on average around $15K.
Up to date with technologies. Electronic workbooks and software systems. Use MYOB AE as their practice admin program. Staff training at all levels is heavily invested in with both internal and external programs.
Ultimately take on an equity position if all parties feel the fit is right and this is in your career plan.
To be considered it is required that you will have solid experience as a Manager within a Tax / Business services accounting division. CA or CPA qualified.
