The role:
As a Business Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients, creating continuous value-add opportunities for your clients as well as supporting the wider business with business development and mentoring Junior Accountants.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an established client base
- Preparation and review of financial statements ensuring deadlines are met, internally and externally
- Research and advice on complex matters
- Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance measurement
- Building and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with clients and prospective clients, becoming the primary contact so as to grow the business of the firm
- Monthly reporting to Partner on performance
Skills and Experience:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Minimum 5 years working experience within a medium to large Public Practice Firm
- Strong business acumen and technical skills
- Proactive thinker and problem-solver
- Fantastic stakeholder management and communication
- Mentorship of Junior staff
- Fantastic learning and development with clear progression paths
