About Toowoomba Hospital Foundation
First established in 1991, Toowoomba Hospital Foundation (THF) raises funds to support Darling Downs Health by providing medical equipment, resources, facility enhancements, patient programs, staff training and development, and research across 29 hospitals and health service facilities.
About the role
As the Business Support Officer, you will be assisting with the processing and financial management of the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation and its Social Enterprises.
This role is based in Toowoomba, Qld.
Key Responsibilities
- MYOB data entry;
- Processing of accounts payable and receivable;
- Credit card and bank reconciliations;
- Collection & receipting of money for THF and Wellbean Co Cafés;
- Process the banking of monies received as required;
- Processing of payroll as required;
- Assist with general administrative duties such as needed;
- Maintain the highest level of customer service;
- Examine and prioritise incoming correspondence, papers and reports to
determine required actions - Management of email accounts;
- Data entry into THF CRM;
- Management of office and Outlook calendars for team members;
- Management of THF Archives;
- Processing of applications for funding.
- Attend and assist at fundraising events as required;
- Assist with soliciting donated goods when required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrated the following skills:
- Experience with MYOB or similar;
- Have a high attention to detail in processing high volume transactions as must;
- Ability to multi-task
- Have a demonstrated experience in administrative support
- Demonstrated computer literacy with skills in a wide range of applications
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Current driver's licence is an advantage
