What you’ll be doing  

Working across two departments, the Business Support Officer provides a high level of administrative and project support to the Senior Manager - Community Engagement & Experience and Senior Manager Information, Technology & Governance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to carry out a variety of work while contributing positively to the Playford community.
 

Here's what’s else will be on your agenda:

  • Managing correspondence, prioritisation of meetings and tasks to facilitate smooth operations of the Senior Managers.
  • Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and managing records.
  • Assisting internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, mail and other communication platforms.
  • Preparing presentations and undertaking project work.
  • Managing purchasing orders, invoicing, credit card reconciliations and receipting.
  • Working in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner.

While qualifications in Business or Administration are desirable, we welcome applicants with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
