Your new company
Our client provides essential services for the local region and is looking for an experienced administration officer based in Darwin CBD.
Your new role
Will be situated within the Corporate team. The role will be to provide Business Support across a range of functions including preparation and follow up of correspondence, providing project support, document control and responding to customer requests. Daily responsibilities will include:
Coordinate the preparation of documentation, notices, bulletin updates, meeting agendas and minutes
Respond to customer requests that require action, triage or follow up
Allocate customer requests to appropriate sections
Coordinate and prepare regular corporate performance reporting
Coordinate and prepare the municipal plan through administrative project management
Provide administrative support for document control and corporate compliance
What you'll need to succeed
Great organisational skills and time management
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new systems quickly
Driving Licence
Current police check
