Job description
The ITIL Process and Business Support Senior Officer is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and support of the IT Information Library processes that support the delivery of IT Services for Data Centre Services. This includes responsibility for the underpinning support systems, maintenance of the Configuration Management Database and providing strategic advice, including policy advice and reporting to Senior Management and networking with Senior Management and stakeholders internal and external. Provide support to the Business Support Manager in the day to day running of the business unit supporting a multi-functional team including DCS procurement activities, maintaining databases and providing support and advice for RACF Security, Change Management and the Operational Support Group within Business Support.
