Aboriginal Community Services (ACS) is an exemplary provider of Home Care and Residential Aged Care Services throughout South Australia. 

ACS is currently seeking a proficient Administration Officer with some experience in a Community Care/Home Care organisation to undertake the role of Business Support Officer - Regional Client Services 

  • Full Time 38 hours per week Monday to Friday - $63,640 per annum ($32.21 per hour)
  • Salary packaging significantly increasing your take home pay also available 
  • Modern offices in Mile End right on the bus stop and also on-site parking.

About the role

The objective of this role is to accurately document information relating to Client Services and details. You will also be responsible for:

  • data entry into CIM, record keeping and reporting.
  • timely and accurate documentation of client information and statistics
  • maintaining client databases.
  • coordinating staff travel
  • other admin responsibilities 

The ideal candidate:

  • possesses excellent communication and organisational skills
  • shows initiative 
  • works with pace
  • has knowledge about Home Care Packages (CHSP and HCP)
  • has a current National police check
  • has covid-19 vaccinations
  • has a current Influenza vaccination
