Description
- Conduct on-site meetings to determine requirements for members.
- Evaluate warranty and damage claims, providing fair and accurate assessments.
- Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds, delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and claim outcomes.
- Participate in team activities, contributing to a positive work culture.
Profile
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role with outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to empathise and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong ethical principles, ensuring fairness and objectivity in assessment processes.
- Demonstrated maturity and adaptability
- Valid C class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Permanent work rights in Australia
- Previous experience in a Claims Assessor / case manager role highly desirable but not essential
