About the Role
As the Business Support Officer, you will be the executive backbone of seamless coordination and support for our CEO, Executive team and the Board of Directors. Your organisational prowess, can-do attitude and tech-savvy flare will support the executive officer run like clockwork, with limited direction. With a vibrant, supportive and genuine leadership team, your role will be varied including, but not be limited to:
- CEO’s diary management
- Coordination travel & events, including Executive and Board Meetings
- Undertake relevant research and analysis, gathering timely information from key stakeholders and collating information to prepare strategic and operational documentation
- Preparation and creative design of key documents such as Annual Board Reports, Board Papers, Official Corporate Correspondence, Media Releases, Workforce Communications and much more
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in providing proactive Business Support at a senior executive level
- Familiarity with assessment methodologies and the ability to swiftly identify and address emergent issues
- Highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation skills, with the ability to deal with and clearly communicate complex, sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to use initiative, discretion and exercise judgement in an environment with competing priorities and strict deadlines, confidential, sensitive and complex matters
- Experience in undertaking research, planning and preparing high quality written reports and briefing papers with attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software programs from word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other programmes such as presentation software and video conferencing.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and / or relevant experience.
- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance structures framework
- Ability to undertake travel, including overnight stays
- Competitive Remuneration $90,000 base (pro-rata) plus superannuation
