IWC is seeking a full-time Business Support Officer who will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall effectiveness of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and that data is managed accurately and securely.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The role will provide front-of-office support to participants and complete program-related support activities, including quality assurance activities, managing and interrogating data in excel and other formats, ensuring data entry compliance, and providing other administrative support to the LAC team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and collate information, including validating and verify data for completeness and accuracy as directed by LAC Services Manager.
- Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications as directed.
- Support maintenance of accurate participant records, databases, and filing systems.
- Help organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Excellent computer skills, written communication, problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy.
- High level of confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Employment is subject to a NDIS Workers Screening Check and Clearance.
- A current driver's licence is essential or ability to obtain.
- A first Aid Certificate or ability to obtain.
- A Blue Card (Working with children Card QLD)* or ability to obtain.
- A federal police check or ability to obtain.
* No Card, No Start legislation means that the successful applicant will need to hold a valid blue card before they start work. IWC will cover the cost of this application for the successful candidate.
SALARY PACKAGE:
Your Salary Package is made up of the following: -
- Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $2,000 to your take-home pay (available after completion of probation).
- Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum (available after completion of probation).
- 9-Day Fortnight (for full-time staff).
- Superannuation valued at 11%.
- Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%.
