Working as a
Business Support Officer in the Human Resources team for this Vocational Education leader gives you the opportunity to assist multiple internal and external stakeholders with general administration support.
What will you do?- General administration duties
- Preparing emails and letters
- Data entry
- Organising files using various systems
- Speak with internal and external stakeholders both virtually and face to face
When will I do it?Commencing immediately for a 4-6 week temporary assignment to support the team during a busy period. This position can either be offered as a full-time or part-time role as work hours are flexible and can be either 4 or 5 days per week working either business or school hours.

- Previous administration experience required
- High attention to detail
- You must enjoy engaging with other stakeholders
- You will have a desire for learning and ongoing self-education.
- You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work autonomously when required
