Business Support Officer

The role:
Pay Rates $45 - $52per hour + superannuation - depending on experience
Locations - East Perth, Welshpool
Full Time Hours, Monday - Friday
6 month temporary contracts with potential extensions available
Duties may include:
Undertake business and administrative activities to support the Branch - including Diary Management; document control; payment of accounts and acquittal of credit card expenses; governance reporting; training coordination; assist with business planning including risks; management of Human Resource documentation for the Branch
Assist in the response for ministerial correspondence
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and functions including agenda, minutes, and participant
Co-ordinate fleet allocations as per requirements co-ordinate all new vehicle requests
Maintain the Fixed Asset system, including transfer, re-locations, audits and stocktake
Maintain and organise the Budget and Programming stationary
Considerable skill, knowledge and experience in:
General business, administration, record keeping and clerical support.
Microsoft Office applications such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Invoice payments and data entry for credit card and invoice processing
