Address The Business Systems Administrator role involves providing support, administration, and escalation for RFDS Aviation Management solutions, including the Operations & Safety Management System (Air Maestro) and Training Management (CrewDocs), as well as secondary support for other business applications.
As the main point of contact, the role is responsible for problem management, continuous management and process improvement, data and system integrity, and release and change management. The Business Systems Administrator is an integral part of the Digital and Technology team for the RFDS Queensland Section, providing support for our aviation staff, including Pilots, Nurses, and Doctors.
The Business Systems Administrator is a permanent full-time position based at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Corporate Office in Brisbane.
