About us:
CQ Health's Workforce Division plays an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service. The Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset – “our people”. The Unit comprises approximately 40 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focussed and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
About the role:
The Business System Administrator provides support to employees and line managers within the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service on the myHR workflow solution, through the provision of advice and expertise relating to the forms workflow system and local business processes and practices.
About you:
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact with other staff and customers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP HR and associated systems and demonstrated ability to be an escalation point and provide knowledge expertise.
  • Ability to investigate, escalate and/or resolve forms workflow issues ensuring quality and consistency whilst meeting expected timeframes.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills including the capacity to summarise complex information and gather detailed information for resolving issues.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, quality customer services in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.

Salary information:
Total remuneration value of up to $9,238 p.m. is comprised of:
  • A salary between $3,380.20 - $3,724.00 p.f.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
