Form of workROLE PURPOSE: The Systems Analyst role entails providing day-to-day support and continuous development of the company's ERP along with other designated software applications. Working closely with the Business Systems Manager, the role focuses on optimising systems for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating increased throughput without additional overheads. Ensuring strict data integrity, security, and accessibility to all stakeholders while continually assessing and mitigating risks are also paramount.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in SQL database management.
- Familiarity with Infor CSI modules, processes, and tools.
- Prior project management experience and effective collaboration within project teams.
- Competence in management reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in IT systems management and change management.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail including strong written and verbal communication skills
- A clear thinker with lateral problem-solving skills and an ability to convert complex ideas into simple, understandable, and workable actions to ensure positive outcomes
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage tasks which have been delegated and manage the delegation process to ensure quality outcomes within expected timeframes
- Demonstrated ability to convert ideas into logical and highly effective software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships
- Excellent skills with MS Office applications, support helpdesk systems and general IT applications.
