We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a permanent fulltime basis.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will play a crucial role in providing technical support to maintain and enhance critical enterprise systems, including HRIS, ERP, Payroll, Rostering, EDMS and clinical applications. Additionally, you'll need expertise in the integration of these systems to ensure seamless operation and efficiency. You will also require a solid understanding of Windows servers, email gateways, and firewalls, further contributing to the stability and security of our systems landscape.
In this role, effective communication is paramount. Your standard work-day will consist of support issues, project work, and developing relationships with key stakeholders. Our systems operate both on-premises, and on the cloud, serving a diverse user base. Therefore, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following:
Demonstrated experience and/or a relevant tertiary qualification in systems management3-5 years of experience in System Support with strong aptitude for incident managementExperience managing hosted solutions via vendor relationships, third party utilities and Azure.Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, rostering and clinical systems is preferred.Solid experience across entire Project life cycle; business analysis, project management and change managementStrong documentation skills with preferred experience in business processExperience with integration is strongly preferred, including APIs and general middlewareHighly developed skills across Microsoft 365 suite and Windows Server.Good understanding of data networking principles.Certificate in ITIL foundation is preferredAged Care/Health services industry expertise (preferred but not essential).
