About the Role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing MI systems and data. You'll be responsible for configuring business-owned solutions to align with our client’s strategy and objectives.
This role involves various facets of systems management, including BAU maintenance, solution remediation, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing. Your insights and expertise will guide projects and business representatives towards achieving strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all MI systems for 'best fit' and alignment with our clients objectives.
- Lead and assist with the implementation of enhancements, break fixes, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate testing and release of functionality changes with internal and external partners.
- Gather requirements and help build specifications for development/configuration.
- Participate in defining the strategic direction of our systems and technology.
- Ensure systems are compliant, functional, and regularly updated to meet business requirements.
- Coordinate BAU releases and engage in system initiatives to enhance customer experience, troubleshooting, and user support for all MI systems.
- Participate in system implementation, testing, and managing upgrades to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain system protocols and implement workflow processes to support business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and liaise with relevant teams.
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure proper system use.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of MI and workflow systems, CXOne, D365,Aurora, Medicus, NetDocuments, Member Portal, Livepro, Eloquence or similar
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Previous experience with full SDLC projects.
Details:
- Salary: $150K to $160K Inc. Super + Bonus
- Location: Sydney, CBD, 2000
- Work environment: Hybrid
