About the Role
As our Business and Community Development Manager, you will be a key contributor to our growth strategy, responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market, building strategic partnerships, with a focus on driving the growth of our Support Coordination channel.
Working in collaboration with our business areas and subject-matter experts, you will develop business development strategies to identify and cultivate your key relationships throughout the community and with NDIS stakeholders.
This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Remotely work from home and/or work from our office in Ballina or Bowral NSW.
Your Mission:
- Oversee the effective operation of our Client Engagement team
- Manage and cultivate relationships with referral partners and clients, turning connections into collaborations.
- Reach out to potential business partners, sparking new opportunities and growth.
- Promote the unique contractor model of AUSCARE SUPPORT to suitable operating providers.
- Educate NDIS providers on the awesome services Auscare Support Delivers.
- Assist in welcoming new clients with open arms, ensuring a smooth transition to our fantastic support team.
- Dive into market research, making AUSCARE SUPPORT a household name. Analyse our performance and assist us skyrocket to new heights.
- Collaborate with our management and marketing team on branding, marketing, and innovative initiatives.
- Share your feedback on our triumphs and areas for improvement. Gather feedback from our audience via reviews and surveys.
- Proactively network (virtually or in person) at conferences, community and industry events, elevating AUSCARE SUPPORT's presence.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with 3 years relevant experience as a Business Development Manager within the NDIS sector.
- Experience with market research, analysis as well as identifying new business opportunities.
- Proven networking experience and skills both in NSW and interstate.
- Sound planning and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to solve problems, work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively, people at all levels.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high-quality work.
- Ability to apply a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement to meet the needs of the Business and its clients.
