The Position and Responsibilities
We're looking for a full-time Business Systems Analyst with a Finance and Retail background. We can offer an attractive salary commensurate with your experience for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-tier business support on the Pronto application.
- The go-to technical Pronto specialist for the Auto One business on Pronto Financials in GL, AP, AR and Payroll.
- Main IT systems support and development for Pronto Financials.
- Lead and support key business streams in Pronto Implementation and rollout.
- Understand user requirements and document technical specifications to the application development team.
- Responsible for the Pronto application enhancement and development for the Auto One business, ensuring system application is accurate and robust.
- Champion in business processes, to proactively seek out IT application issues and provide recommendations for improvement to relevant Managers.
- Analysis and preparation of various ad-hoc reporting tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- IT Tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Pronto role (Essential)
- Experience in Pronto GL, AR, AP and Distribution modules (Essential)
- Pronto ERP experience is a must.
- Experience in Pronto Payroll and Cognos BI is an advantage (Desirable).
- Experience with Microsoft O365 packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technology environment with minimal supervision.
