About MRPV
Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) is delivering a massive investment in the state's roads.

The West Gate Tunnel Project will give Melbourne a second freeway link between the west and the city - providing a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and a vital second river crossing.

Northeast Link will fix the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network with new 6.5 km tunnels from Watsonia to Bulleen. We're also overhauling the Eastern Freeway and completing the M80 Ring Road at Greensborough.

We're also delivering major new road projects across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria while reducing traffic congestion and improving safety on the roads people rely on every day.

The Business Systems Analyst will play a fundamental role in planning and executing the development and migration of IT systems for the organisation.

Job description:

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

• Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders at MRPV to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating these into technical specifications.
• Analysing current state technology landscape (Business Systems & IT infrastructure) and document future state options based on users' needs and MRPV requirements.
• Liaising with IT and business staff from DTP, VicRoads, Cenitex and gather short and long-term requirements of the business.
• Developing comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications that outline service and system improvements.

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with capabilities in evaluating, analysing and documenting current systems to drive the evolution of our future state in collaboration with key business stakeholders.

This opportunity is a 3-year fixed-term position.
