About the Role
Kinetic IT are going through a period of growth and are seeking to add an experienced Business Systems Specialist to our Business Systems Team. The Business Systems Specialist will provide development and support capabilities, ensuring effective operations and evolution of our corporate systems.
The successful candidate will provide systems expertise, guidance, and support to key business stakeholders to enable process and system change, ensuring there is alignment between corporate systems and processes.
If you were here today, you would be involved in the following:
- Development, maintenance, and support of the core Business Systems / applications.
- Scope, design and configure bespoke business solutions, in collaboration with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- Adhere to the defined development, deployment, and quality assurance processes.
- Assist in the rollout of changes, enhancements, and implementations by developing user documentation, processes, conducting training, and providing support as needed.
- Conducting in-depth analysis and investigation of escalated requests or incidents, often involving more technical or complex problems.
- Ensuring that support and development activities align with relevant information security processes, work practices and internal security policies.
Key skills and experience:
- 2 years of experience providing specialist expertise in supporting Enterprise Systems, such as an ERP, HRIS, CRM, CPQ or Enterprise Risk Management.
- IT or business related degree
- Business Analysis
- Desirable:
- experience in UNIT4, PageUp, SQL, and API development.
- Strong business acumen, systems accounting & finance.
