Combined Spectus Monitoring Pty Ltd is seeking a Control Room Operator to join the team at our Balcatta Monitoring Centre.
The position involves:
Responding to alarm and video messages.
Data entry and verification.
Running reports and other general office tasks.

Skills and experience
Preference will be given to applicants with previous Control Room or industry experience.
This position is full time shift work and involves weekend and night work. There is the potential for shift patterns to be flexible.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Strong customer service experience (previous call centre experience is advantageous)
- An excellent phone manner, with a polite, friendly, and positive attitude
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills; with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Resilience, must be able to deal with challenging scenarios
- The ability to work as part of a team, or independently when required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, and general IT/Typing skills
You must:
- have intermediate computer skills

- be comfortable and confident in dealing with high pressure situations
- be available to work a rotating roster (Days/Nights/Weekends - 8-12hr shifts); additional shifts available

- hold or be able to obtain Security license
