Business Traineeship

MRAEL are seeking a highly motivated Business Trainee to join the Resource Development Team at Australian Trade Training College (ATTC)!

The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Provide superior customer service to ensure customer satisfaction to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure quality outcomes are met, including effectively and efficiently performing administration tasks to support the administration team.
• Accurate data entry, filing and scanning.
• Apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in the use of data systems and sources.
• Attend to phone, email enquiries and forward information to specific personnel.
• E-folder maintenance and housekeeping – eg, keeping procedures for files and folders in place

Location:

Brendale, QLD

Work Type:

Full Time Traineeship (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:06pm)
