You're a key part of the technology infrastructure team's centre of excellence, with ownership over IT Asset Lifecycle Management.
In the role, you will:
- Set and communicate policy, governance, scope, and roles involved in IT Asset Lifecycle management.
- Ensure the IT Asset Lifecycle management process is being delivered and oversee the day-to-day operation of the process.
- Provide consultative support and coaching to service owners and delivery teams to uplift and drive successful adoption of IT processes, procedures and methodologies for IT Asset Lifecycle management.
- Act as a lead knowledge custodian for information sharing on IT Asset Lifecycle management processes for delivery and operational teams, senior stakeholders, and business areas.
- Engage finance and procurement teams to ensure alignment with their process requirements.
- Prepare monthly IT Asset Lifecycle management analytics and deliver leadership reports.
- Identify, lead and deliver improvements in IT Service Ownership practices across the business.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining IT Asset Lifecycle management.
- Strong experience in implementing ServiceNow IT Asset Lifecycle Management.
- Understanding of the relationship with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), ServiceNow CMDB, and ServiceNow Platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to view and explain IT Asset Lifecycle management from a stakeholder and customer perspective.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and related products.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM.
- ITIL or COBIT certifications are a must.
- Conversent with IT related risk management lines of defense.
- A key contributor to the Infrastructure operations success.
