About the opportunity
Join ICON as we implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations). Lead and manage the development, implementation, and operation of ICON Business Systems across all areas, including the provision of innovative technical and business solutions, to ensure a high standard of system performance, functionality, and reliability and to support the achievement of organisational objectives.
This role is fully accountable and responsible for managing ICON Business Systems and providing subject matter expertise, advice and solutions to complex technical issues and problems.
About you
An analytical mind, you are a problem solver, able to work with and analyse large data sets. You are also commercially minded, able to keep projects running on time and to budget. We are looking for:
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and maintenance, particularly experience in leading the implementation of Microsoft D365 (Finance & Operations) to deadline and budgetary requirements.
- An ERP Project Manager/ Lead with a hands-on ability to execute work as well as collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to meet company objectives.
- The ability to influence people and gain their buy-in and commitment to support Business Systems change.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in the management and implementation of ICT systems.
- Further qualifications in Business Analysis or Change Management.
