We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to undertake a Certificate 3 in Business while gaining workplace experience in the Dandenong region.
In this exciting role, the Business Trainee will provide timely and cost effective administrative support to the Operations team, including sourcing and ordering of products.
The Role:
- Sourcing suppliers and ordering products
- General office administration and Word processing
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Data entry and tracking of orders
- Liaising with warehouse staff, customers and suppliers
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to be a part of a small team
- A 'can do' enthusiastic attitude
- Planning and organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
- Adequate computer and mathematical knowledge and skills
You will be required to work a 38-hour week (including TAFE training).
