- Collaborate with the Head of Department to co-create the National Channel & Customer strategy.
- Lead the execution strategy for the field force, working closely with Regional Managers to deploy and monitor implementation.
- Manage Regional Managers in the development, execution, and follow-up of regional business plans.
- Co-create annual plans with key Strategy stakeholders, translating them into clear focus areas and objectives (KPIs) for the field team and Regional Managers.
- Understand the national customer landscape and identify business opportunities accordingly.
- Have an in-depth understanding of patient groups and managing healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Work with the Commercial Excellence team to leverage external insights and data for clear recommendations on field force activations.
- Build relationships and strategic partnerships with national key stakeholders within healthcare.
- Identify and analyze opportunities, issues, and strategies at the national level
- Understand national and state funding models, including PBS, NDIS, and state health budgets.
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Health-related disciplines.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in healthcare sales (nutrition preferred).
- Commercial acumen demonstrated through numeracy and data analysis.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Range of channel and customer experiences, ability to manage complex situations and a wide range of stakeholders.
