Job Description: Business/Practice Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can help us take our practice to the next level. The role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of the practice, including Human Resources and operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills enabling them to guide and support our team and ensure they deliver outstanding results and exceed patient expectations.
The role requires the ideal candidate to provide support and direction to the practice staff, enhancing their performance, skills and knowledge.
We recognise the value of a Business/Practice Manager to our team, and as such the Principal Specialists will provide significant support to the selected candidate to ensure a smooth transition into the role. There will also be professional development opportunities with the support of Prime Practice.
About you:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the dental practice, including administration, financial and staffing management
- Liaise with referring dental practices to provide the highest level of multi-disciplinary care for patients.
- Implement practice policies and procedures
- Commits to and is compliant with all relevant workplace health and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Five years experience in dental Business/Practice management
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Nurture our strong relationships with patients, referring dentists and staff
