Buyer's Agent Administrator

We are Award-winning Buyer's Agents looking for an Administration Assistant.

Open to candidates from Brisbane. The role is office-based and independent, remote work.

The role

You will act as a support person to our Principal Buyers Agent. This role entails:

• completing all administrative tasks associated with buyer’s advocacy work
• onboarding new clients
• manage the post-contract process through to settlement, liaising with all third parties
• scheduling inspections 
• liaising with clients, solicitors, inspectors and real estate agents

The ideal candidate

• previous and extensive real estate experience
• sales and contracts administrators
• high professional and ethical standards
• ability to work autonomously and show initiative
• a professional, friendly manner
• able to work weekends
• excellent customer service skills
• strong written and verbal skills
• attention to detail
• graphics knowledge (for presentations, social media, etc)
• highly organised
• immaculately dressed
• mobile phone, laptop, driver’s license, a reliable car and a quiet work from home space are necessary
• A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or full real estate licence
