Buyers Agent/Personal Assistant

This is a boutique buyers agency, that operates out of a stunning office in Brisbane's Inner North. This is a team that breeds success. With a strong focus on a high level of service, training, and mentoring of their agents and a team that genuinely loves what they do, this is an opportunity for either an established Associate/Personal Assistant to join a highly successful team and work alongside a high-performing Principal. 

The Role:

This is a fast-paced role with career progression and growth.  Your duties will consist of but will not be limited to:

• Researching properties throughout Brisbane 
• Taking buyer briefs from clients
• Communicating with clients 
• Liaising and networking  with sales agents
• Sourcing off-market properties
• Handling email and telephone enquiries
• Preparing property due diligence on behalf of buyers 
• Attending property inspections with and on behalf of buyers 
• Contract preparation 
• Auction Preparation 
• Preparing marketing collateral for the team 
• Assisting in the purchasing process, alongside the Principal Buyers Agent

The Candidate:

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Experience as a Personal Assistant or Associate 
• Sharp, savvy, and professional 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Thorough understanding of the Queensland market (Brisbane)
• Ability to build long-lasting client relationships
• Available to work every second Saturday for 1/2 day to view properties with buyers
