Lead a team of Cabin Crew to achieve National Jet Systems’ goals and objectives

As the Cabin Crew Manager, you will manage the end-to-end employment relationship for a team of Cabin Crew, Cabin Supervisors and Cabin Trainers in Sydney and Canberra. Your focus will be on our people, operational safety, service and productivity, whilst cultivating a high-performance culture amongst a diverse and industrialised workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximise opportunities to interface directly with the team and peers in Sydney and interstate
Regularly review team member performance and develop action plans as identified
Provide effective and timely management on all safety and disciplinary concerns
Work closely with partner areas including other crew bases to act on service and productivity
Take accountability for the customer service and continuous improvement culture
Report all incidences and hazards and ensure investigations are undertaken and findings actioned
Participate in a rotational 24x7 on-call roster and adhere to critical incident management principles
You’ll have:
Previous experience managing a large industrialised workforce or similar
Ability to comfortably conduct all aspects of people management
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
A resilient and open approach to changes to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to translate organisational priorities to a frontline workforce
Personal attributes in empathy, understanding and support
Ability to provide effective feedback and manage conflicts
