This exciting and unique medium sized Aged Care facility in South Brisbane, is looking for a Chef to lead and supervise their kitchen. With multiple kitchen hands and a dedicated Baker already on staff, we are seeking a highly experienced, reliable and innovative Chef to take the reigns of this specialised Aged Care.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Work 4 days in the kitchen and 1 day completing administration duties
- Supervise the kitchen staff while crafting memorable and enjoyable meals for residents
- Be commited and dedicated to provide quality service for residents
- Conduct and perform ordering duties, auditing and other clerical work
ABOUT YOU
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AGED CARE IS HIGHLY REGARDED
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a health care setting
- Strong leadership skills
- Understanding of waste management in a busy kitchen
- Can independently operate a kitchen for all meals (except Breakfsat)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
