Our products are developed and manufactured in Australia where our HQ are situated east of Melbourne. We have a great team of staff from the office through to the workshop and we strive to produce equipment to specific customer requirements to the smallest detail.
Overview of position:
Our drafting/engineering team is growing to accelerate the production of high quality custom designed transport equipment. In this role as a Mechanical Draftsperson you will be responsible for the drafting of components and parts for the assembly of completed builds.
To be considered for this role the successful applicant will possess:
- Competence with Computer Aided Design (CAD) packages.
- Ability to create design packages using Solidworks.
- Drafting experience in metal fabrication.
- Be able to create high standard drawings for the manufacturing team.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self motivated.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff from varying departments.
- Excellent time management and computer skills.
