Each of our team are skilled in Town Planning or Surveying or as a Technical Assistant and they each operate confidently and independently.
We solve problems for our clients and work mostly small to medium development projects from inception to completion. We also work on a select few estates, though our specialty is in the smaller projects which we have developed the unique skillset to patiently work through and resolve for our clients.
Your role as a Cadastral Surveyor at Baird & Hayes will involve Field Work and Office Work required to resolve complex title issues and complete a variation of tasks as described below. You will no doubt be a senior member of the team and your ideas and experience will be depended on in this role.
Please note that there is an opportunity, for the right person and after demonstrated competencies, for profit share or other incentives.
Qualifications & experience- Cadastral Surveyor with endorsement (Surveyors Board of Queensland)
- Or, Surveyor with relevant skills and experience and the desire to work toward endorsement from the Surveyors Board of Queensland
