Newcastle Anglican is seeking Café Assistant to work in our CA Brown Aged Care facility in Booragul. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to deliver a high level of customer service to residents, visitors, families, and staff.
This is a Casual position with shift coverage required up to 7 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Cafe service including sale of products and coffee making.
- Maintaining the cafe and the work environment in a clean and presentable condition.
- Communicating effectively with all internal and external customers.
- Following all safe work practices and safe food handling practices.
- Previous cafe, food outlet or retail experience.
- Cash handling and point of sales experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
- Demonstrated high level of customer service skills.
